• A purchase of the chatbot service is for one-month period of access to the service. Each payment grants you access for a 30-day period. The service does not automatically renew - you must make a new payment at the end of each 30-day period to continue access.

3. Refund Policy

• All sales for digital services are final and we do not offer refunds for any of our digital services. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued unless you did not receive access to the service purchased.

• Consulting Services: Refunds as specified in individual consulting agreements

• In the event you encounter issues with service access (such as inability to access the AI chatbot service you purchased despite still having an available positive balance) or believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us via our contact form. Our team will verify your purchase records and service access logs to quickly resolve any access, payment concerns, or required refunds if applicable.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
